The work itself is not very exciting but the people I work with and the culture are really good as everyone is happy to help and wants to enjoy themselves. I didnt really have any expectations when I joined as it would be my first full time job. I do enjoy it as I am learning a new skill and getting to build on my knowledge and skills every day.
All of the managers check how you and doing and that you are happy with work which is being completed. They are also always available if we have any questions on anything whether it is specific to a job or just work in general. As they are so approachable, this helps to make people feel valued. As you have responsibilities on every job, you do feel appreciated as people always say thankyou if you do a good job.
It is all very wel organised and clear what happens and is expected at each stage. The staff are also always happy to help and answer any questions which we have.
