I have learnt how to better organise my time, how to communicate better, and have developed my team working skills.
I am very happy in this role and enjoy the different things we can get involved in.
We have monthly meetings over the phone and quarterly face to face meetings. They are always available to answer any queries that we may have.
The qualification helps me to understand how different parts of my role fit together with other teams in the bank and so helps to work better with them.
There are lots of citizenship events and teams organise weekend hikes etc.
Yes
I like working at Barclays, there is a good support system and I feel that any issues I have I will be able to find someone to speak to about them. There are a lot of opportunities and the teams are very willing to share their knowledge and help.
Be yourself, Don't be scared to make suggestions or ask questions, there's always someone willing to answer.
