I have interacted with senior managers and partners. I was also given a number of projects which included presenting to a panel of judges and audience.
I learned the following skills : -IT -Communication -Networking -Negotiation -Team building -Data analysis -Public speaking -Time management -Business Writing
I loved working with the EY team and other students.
I felt valued because we got rewarded whenever our team did well and everyone made us feel very welcome.
The programme was well organised.
I was assigned with a buddy and a mentor who will be working with me for 10 months.
It covered my travel costs.
