Responding to emails, planning and organising learning days for apprentices. Visitor pass requests, meet and greets, collating resources etc.

I enjoy my programme a lot, the variety of changing departemnts/placements makes things more exciting as you get a wealth of experience from working in a large corporation.
The work side of the programme is great, British Airways really know what they are doing! However, the learning side could be improved, the learning material is quite basic and I often do not take much away from the classroom.
