Day to day tasks consist of doing Technical training and attending customer meetings.
Developed strong technical knowledge through the internal training courses. Presenting and attending customer meetings have helped with gaining personal and professional skills.
I enjoy the work involved as you are always learning about new technologies. As a TC you tend to network with a lot of people and they are always willing to help if you ever get stuck.
at first there wasn't any real structure as we didn't have much to do and was just give presentations to create about the organisation which got really repetitive. 4 months in and we finally started to get involved with real customer meetings, creating reports and actually having real tasks given. apart from that support has always been there, despite people being busy they will always make time for you and assist you.
support is always there when you need it. We have a day that dedicated to study, which means you can work from home or the office. you have mentor to assist you with training or to help you progress in a certain area in the company that you wish to head in. the more you network and get to know people in your team the greater support you will have.
The technical skills coach, offers great support. but with Tutors it depends who you have.
some modules will help us with the day to day basis role but most of them wont.
HPE always have extra curricular activities on, such as volunteering opportunities, social events and networking events.
