Operational Manager for a team of 50, responsible for managing key stakeholder relationships, contact centre and budget
I have found the course really beneficial to my day to day role as the content is pitched in a way that makes it easily transferable to specific roles.
It has been a really enjoyable experience, the content is interesting however making time to complete assignments has been really tough
The course is pretty well organised, there are key differences when certain people deliver
The support from employer has been good, though I have completed most of the work in my own time with the exception of attending the skills workshops
The support again is fine and has been dictated by my requirements,
