  • During the 8/9 months attending both chichester college and Rolls Royce i have found enjoyment. • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The structure and organisation at Rolls Royce has been very reliable. When attending work i am clearon my role and where i stand on the line. In addition, i am clear on my personal goal for work related activities. However, during my time at college i have not recieved the same structure or organisation as the UPK questions changed part way through the course and te introdution of onefile which still hasnt been successfully explained.
