Preparation of financial accounts and assisting on audits.
No new skills have been learnt or developed yet.
Very little - almost nothing - is enjoyable about the apprenticeship programme.
There appears to be no structure. No organisation and no short, medium or long term goals have been set. I have not been made aware of any sort of structure.
Very little support is received.
Training provider gives good support and always able to answer most questions.
I have seen no correlation between progressing through the qualification and increased performance in my role.
None that I have been made aware of.
No
Company is too fragmented and policies have not caught up with their continued growth. There is little to no support with studying and no care for employee progression, needs or aspirations.
I would not recommend applying to this company until further change have been implemented.
