My role involves supporting the planners that work in BT Technology. This can include writing briefs to support customer programmes and liaising with customers and/or suppliers to air concerns from our planners.
I am currently learning further management skills and new skills in presenting and hosting important team conference calls.
Very much, I do feel however that so far the programme has been a bit unorganised
Not great at the moment, a lot of the key aspects of the programme, such as Smart Assessor, have only just been introduced.
As much as I need.
Some, they are there when needed.
SO far I don't feel the training has had an immediate impact, however im confident that the programme as a whole will benefit me for my future ambitions

The company has many areas that someone can start and progress their employment. There are endless opportunities for development in all areas.
Be yourself and be confident. The company is going through some changes at the moment but these are very exciting for the business and its employees.
