My role is within our HR department. I deal with the onboarding process for new employees. Many of the administrative tasks are my responsibilities. I post announcements on our internal newsfeed. I am involved with ongoing HR projects.
Communication skills, interacting with people of different levels. Public speaking and technical skills have been developed.
I enjoy the apprenticeship programme.
The programme is well organised and structured. What is being asked of you is very clear. The only issue I have come across is the occasional ambiguity of the wording of criteria.
Lots! Enterprise have been extremely supportive and interested in my course progression.
I haven't found I have needed it, but my training provider seem aware of my progression status. I would have liked the meetings to be closer together however.
Not particularly relevant to my role other than specific HR units that I have picked, but it has given me an excellent start.
I am two committees, wellness and charity. I have gone through a lean-in circle (a female support network) I attend the personal training classes, I have been to numerous conferences and seminars.
Yes
A fantastic and supportive company who want to see you go far!
Do some research on the company and find things that are a bit different and think about genuine reasons why you would want to work for Enterprise or what you think you could bring to a team.
