  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the apprenticeship as I have met a lot of like minded people, who are as motivated as I am. But at some points I can feel pressure to be constantly working, I also struggle to get the holidays and time off that I want.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The organisation of the programme has been by far the biggest downfall, as we were signed on 2 months late, not told what's happening in terms of work, and not being given proper direction or timescales.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive support from Barclays, and my colleagues. People within the workplace are always happy to help and advise on the best way to complete tasks. The income is also very competitive compared to other apprenticeships.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I feel that the support from the training provider isn't great, no proper deadlines are given, no coursework tasks are explained, and they have not assisted with any of the work.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Very slightly, however I think this is because banking is incredibly broad, and there is so many different aspects to it.
