  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme on the whole is well organised but there are times when it could be improved as it is sometimes felt like we are left to figure important things out by ourselves. The structure is effective though and the residential side of the scheme works well for most people.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • During the first initial residential period of the apprenticeship the training provider where good. They assisted when needed with all NVQ work and the information they provided made the reports fairly simple and easy to understand. Some of the trainers were fantastic whilst others not so good, which really let them down.
