I have learnt to achieve deadlines, my writing skills have developed as well as my confidence.
I enjoy it a lot, it gives you knowledge that is relevant to your job role and knowledge is power.
it is ok. sometimes the study blocks are not structured right. So you would learn something in January's study block for April but have other assignments due before then. You can tend to forget information.
