same skills that I had already learnt before , communication teamwork, attention to detail etc
This programme is not very engaging, and I feel like you do not really learn much in regards to this apprenticeship. You learn the skills on the job rather than on the apprenticeship.
Not as organised as I was liked. We do not get enough time to complete the tasks we have too and I feel we do not have the support in place to process our work.
Not enough we only get the minimal amount of time available to complete tasks and is simply not enough time.
The training provider provides a lot of support and are always on hand for support which is what I would expect but the employers do not communicate well with bpp in order to process a successful apprenticeship.
To be honest, the apprenticeship is basically what is taught during the job role so when you are doing the job role there is not really anything to learn from the apprenticeship which is good but not very engaging.
