  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have developed my team working and management skills. There were moments where I was put in charge of a project, which meant I had to manage the other devs. I also improved my programming skills further.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoyed the programme gave me a taste of working 9-5, and because it is only one year I can leave afterwards. I love the team I am in. They have been there for me since I started.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme itself is structured. My only problem is the job description I got is not what I am doing currently. It would have been nice if the job description was actually what I was going to do.
