My role involves me creating blockchain applications. So, I will come in and start programming. Day to day it is the same, but sometimes we might do stand-ups and recently I was involved in a design thinking workshop with a client.
I have developed my team working and management skills. There were moments where I was put in charge of a project, which meant I had to manage the other devs. I also improved my programming skills further.
I enjoyed the programme gave me a taste of working 9-5, and because it is only one year I can leave afterwards. I love the team I am in. They have been there for me since I started.
The programme itself is structured. My only problem is the job description I got is not what I am doing currently. It would have been nice if the job description was actually what I was going to do.
My team members have been supporting me since I started. They taught me a lot of skills and even improved some of them. And anytime I had problems, my manager always found a way to help me overcome them.

There's always something going on at IBM. If you are feeling generous and want to help, you can always find something on slack of people asking for help with an event.
Yes
The company is excellent, and there are multiple paths that an individual can take, one month you could be a project manager and another you are developing. And there's something for everyone.
Take your job description with a grain of salt. it won't always be what you will be doing. Be yourself!!!
