I am the branch manager at post office branch. My role involves to provide excellent customer service , develop the team and achieving sales target.
I have been on learning journey for a long time . I have developed a skill of team building , developing individual and customer experience excellence.
I did not enjoy the programme until [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] took over . It was almost after a year She took over as my tutor . She provided me clear guidance. until then there was no support or guidance. She been the best support.
It is quite straight forward however, some of the topics in the programme does not cover my job role so that is a new learning for me.
My employer supported the programme - It was a great support
As i mentioned earlier there was no support from training provider in the beginning but then [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] took over as trainer and since then it has been excellent support.
It will take some time to find out as there are limitation on what i could implement in my branch from my learning. However, team building and customer service topics been the best.
