Within my day to day role I take calls from business customers in order to resolve there issues, dealing with complaints in line with process and policy.
yes, while carrying out my apprenticeship I have earnt while learning. Which has allowed me to develop professional and personally. Gaining a qualification that is transferable.
Easy to follow and found it quick to complete. Another qualification under my belt. Which I gained with assistance from my mentor.
