I am Customer Experience Leader at McDonalds and manage a team of 9 on the lobby area. My team and I make sure the customer has the best visit possible to our store. We run fundraising events and birthday parties as well as activities for the children.
Ive learnt more about interacting with customers and managing my team as well as building my own self confidence
I have really enjoyed the programme. It has given me the courage to undertake more qualifications in the future.
I think the programme is very well organised and after getting my head around the process it actually came quiet naturally.
I've received full support from my employer both in resources and time to undertake the programme in working hours. I cant fault the companies support.
[This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] from Lifetime training has been an unstinting support who has encouraged, cajoled and helped me through every step of the process.
The qualification has given me the self confidence for and understanding of the requirements of a CEL.
We have 6 monthly social activities chosen by the staff. These have been bowling, picnic and games, paintballing etc
Yes
I have found them to be a very supportive employer with good rates of pay and benefits such as pension, apprenticeships and on the job training.
Come in with an open mind. McDonalds stores are a very busy environment to work in which can be stressful but very enjoyable and the camaraderie between colleagues is amazing.
