Managing all aspects of a certain region for the travel business from product conception through to contracting, operation and quality control. Partnerships and supplier relationship management are key to the day to day success of the role.
Yes - I have developed people management, relationship and change management skills as well as learnt the base skills for successful project management.
Very enjoyable however the workload was sometimes challenging.
The classroom sessions and assignments could perhaps be spread out more evenly but otherwise well organised.
