I am respoonsible for absences in general assembly and arranging abscence meetings with the supervisors. Helping out with assesment centres and interviews: witnessing, partcipating, arranging and running them. Participating in any events people in the office are organsiing such as helping out in the open day and as well as this taking on any small tasks other HR advisors in the office give me to do.
I have developed my time management skills and organsation as I now have a diary and to-do list to keep on top of the tasks that I have to do and to make sure I attend any meetings or events. Through internal training courses I have learnt about enviromental issues and health and safety hazards/issuses. I have improved my interpersonal skills and feel more confident meeting new people and talking to them; as well as this I feel more confident in introducing myself and making a good first impression.
I have enjoyed my programme throughly as the team I work with are all friendly and are comfortable in giving me tasks to do. I enjoy having varied work as each day is different. The company culutre is very admirable as they look after their employees and offer a lot for them outside of work, things such as free football tickets and events like open days. It far exceeded ny expectations and I enjoy coming to work and never dread it at the end of the weekend.
I feel valued as any tasks I complete I am recognised for my hard work in it and feel appreciated for what I have contributed. I am often also involved in any tasks/projects are theis gives me a good chance to get stuck in.
The training is well organised
