  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • It is more than I ever expected, the team are extremely nice and very supportive. The programme itself is great, constantly learning and developing allows me to go further within my desired career goal of Digital Marketing.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Withing University of Oxford itself, it's very organised and structured. The HR team at Saïd Business School schedules a lunch with all the apprentices every month, to see how everything is going and if we need any extra support. Firebrand itself hasn't yet completely started, so I'm unable to give a comment to the Training provider.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • As stated before, the team and my line manager have gone above and beyond with constantly supporting me and helping me develop and grow. My line manager being the most influential when it comes to my career growth and confidence in the skills that I possess. I am constantly provided support when it comes to asking for extra training and gaining as much knowledge about Digital marketing as I can, during my duration of my apprenticeship.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • At the moment not a lot, due to not officially starting with my training provider, it is still early days so I am not aware of any specific content that I will be learning or the questions that I will be answering in my exams. So it's still early days to comment on my Training provider until I start in October.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Not much at the minute, due to not officially starting with my training provider, but my line manager has given me some extra support with giving me notes and extra reading so I feel like I have some background knowledge of the content I will be studying with my training provider.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes. There are Yoga sessions on a Monday, Gym and Sports facilities every day. Unfortunately, I haven't yet gone to any of the physical activities due to having a fracture. But I attend professional networking events such as our event last month 'Skoll Venture Awards - Pitch Event' also many conferences and visiting days to gain more knowledge of the organisation culture, values, guidelines and history.
