my role is the day to day running of an Iceland store, managing a team and insuring we deliver the best experience for our customer
developed existing skills
the programme is quite challenging sometimes but I enjoy a challenge so look to give it my best shot
so far the programmes is very well structured
we receive 3.5 hours a week to work on this, but sometimes hard when outside factors pull me into store such as sickness
my trainer is good, but is different from the original trainer I had to start with I found the company was not very good at communicating when the trainers were changing and had no contact about this also they was very little communication at the start about when the course was starting
at the moment I feel I have not covered much new that I did not already know so feel it has not helped me perform that much better in what I do so far
we always try to go out socialising as a team
Yes
I think Iceland is a well run business and looks after its staff, I enjoy working for Iceland and feel very loyal to iceland
show your hard working and look to make Iceland the best it can be
