Rotating around the business in different engineering teams. Picking up tasking to use as evidence for IEng
Yes engineering skill, time management, communication, presentation skills, PMI best practises for planning a project
I really like the flexability of the program to try a lot of departments however you can end up not liking your rotation for 6months before being able to move on.
It is but still with the adaptability to meet individual needs, for example I wanted to gain project management skills so I was able to have one of my rotations within a project management team.
Could provide more support around exam/coursework deadlines
UWE have been very helpful especially this year with my dissertation
Gaining the theory knowledge has been invaluable when required to work on real engineering products and services
Yes there are social events, volunteering events, career events all especially for apprentices. GE as an employer provides sports classes and incentives to cycle to work and buy sports equipment.
