working with a new store manager has taught me new things and helped me progress and set more challenges for myself
i like talking about the store to my trainer and talking about the progression we are making.
we see each other monthly and recap on everything which we talked about in the previous session
if i have any trouble completing something on lifetime, she helps me understand and shows me what to do
she emails me frequently about the tasks that i need to complete and if i have any trouble with it, she helps me in the session so i can get more understanding
i like talking about my job role an how i work on a daily basis, so when i get back to work i feel motivated to do my job well and i like to give myself goals
we do a charity yearly where we raise money for dementia and we can do activities to raise money as a team
Yes
iceland offers a lot of oppertunities to people who would like to progress in the future, they always have a good team who help each other out and deliver a good store.
sometimes retail can be tough, but there are always people to help and guide you.
