Senior supervisor/ apprentice store manager, job role is supporting the manager with running of the store with legal & compliance. Also with stock and staff management.
I have developed more of an understanding on how the legal laws are represented with in the stores day to day basis. Customer base sales and how they are targeted. challenging staff on their performance, which has helped my people skills.
I enjoy the one to one, with the information and understanding and knowledge.
Programme is structured well with always keeping an eye on the end game of the exam and presentation.
the company have provided me with all the things I need but due to the manager being out I haven't been able to keep up with the work most the time.
training provider has been very helpful with knowledge and understanding of what I need and how they can help me.

I have come across a wide understanding about what the company represents and I agree with it although at the moment I am not getting the support I need to help me progress, but this should changing soon.
