I do all sorts of tasks, give presentations attend several college courses and learn each job role they have so that I can be the best all rounded person for the job.
I've learnt lots of new skills, visited several different places and completed lots of courses such as MicroCAD and level 3 dipmomas and nvq's in design.
everyones friendly its a really nice place to work, the job and day to day tasks are really interesting. currently i'm designing a leaflet for young people on health related apps which you can use on your phone. I do lots of different things and i really enjoy it.
I feel really valued, we give feed back all the time and changes are made from our feedback to improve the apprenticeship process so that when another set of apprentices come along they have the best structure in place.
the programme is really well structured, i have a 4 year plan which is continuosly changed after feedback if there are any problems and changes need to be made, its really good because i get to help form the structure of the apprenticeship programme that will be used for years to come.
I recieve lots of support if i have any problems things will be resolved and everything will be made to run smoothly, my college course in liverpool wasn't up to scratch if was very poor and as a result we had to change colleges. one of the tutors was very good, but other than that it wasn't the best. but as a result of my experiance the location got changed to that the same thing wouldn't happen again.
I recieve lots of support from my line manager and mentor, if i have any problems i just go and explaing to them and they'll answer it, everyones friendly and i have talks with managers and my boss quite often. I get support when needed and costing wise i don't pay for anything other than my food, petrol is provided etc. its really, really good.
my salary goes above and beyon what most people get as an apprenticeship and i'm really greatful for that because i have the chance to do lots of things that i wouldn't have been able to in any other situation.
I get several opportunities, doing things for charity; orange days. there are lots of different areas which ican get involved in, the company has a gym and several clubs overall its really good and there are lots of things to.
Yes
The best apprenticeship in the UK without question.
just be yourself and do your best, there are lots of different stages to the interview process but once you've made it through its amazing.
