The duty of the manager involves mainly, running a store with to meet the expected sales, expectation of the standards, availability of the products for the costumers as well as leading a bunch team members. i lead my team to ensure they deliver steering wheel and KPI'S.
Behaviour, one thing that i could say they have worked on my behaviour and supported me to get the best out of me.
Its too long, its the fact that its not as efficient as it should be and the follow ups are way to far away.
its not organised as it should be, we will be changing trainers and not be happy about it but it wont be considered about how you feel anyway. Task delegation every trainer has their own way of working to adopt that it is very challenging and unfair
most of of the time once you get them involved they will be involved and follow up with it.
The actions are in place to work towards it.
Most of the subject we have covered and the qualification that i will be getting will make me an better manager as one of my weaknesses was behaviour aspect and covering leadership topic along with honest conversation has impacted my day to day basis in my role.
we have regional conferences once in a year where all the managers get together and also area meetings monthly to see where we are as an business.
Yes
Its an family business and you can feel it and you will get treated like one as soon as you join however, the pay in the other hand isn't great so if you are passionate about the role they will love it but if they want just a job its not for them.
i will definitely recommend to join if you want an family/friendly environment. One advice that i could give is you will have to be fully committed to job that you're doing and there will be a lot personal timing given away.
