Project work based on Sales Strategy. Working with an Agency to improve retailer sales processes.
Most of my workplace skills. Came into the workplace with very little knowledge on all sides of working life.
I would say the programme is very good from a very young starters point of you. I enjoy the work aspect much more than the college side of things.
I feel valued as a member of the team and feel like I have quite a high level of responsibility in terms of my job role.
It wasn't really, but this was mainly due to us being the first year of apprentices back for a good 20 years. I feel the structure of the programme suits me quite well, but feel it could be more flexible is certain aspects.
The torturers themselves have always been happy to help and do as best they can to ensure we pass our qualifications.
A lot of support.
For me, still living at home very well. If I wanted to move out, I would not be able to until the end of my apprenticeship.
Yes, Vauxhall are very good at this.
Yes
Because it's a great company and you can be put into job roles with high responsibility.
Best bet would be to try something out for a while and hope that a decent job rotation comes along eventually.
