I run grocery including breaking it down from depot and then filling the shelves.
Ive learnt a bit around some more in depth stuff ie costs and stockloss
I get no time to do it, funding is almost always not given and when it is its stopped before my apprenticeships over, and ive had my trainer changed 3 times.

My store manager is extremely supportive
My regional trainer is great
Ive not used much of it in my store at all, its not been all to relevent to my company
Yes we quite often have BBQ's together or go for drinks

I would for the family in store feel. we are a small team and we all love eachother dearly, and the pay is good, But the company as a whole has got to the point where they are cutting budgets down to the point where we are killing ourselves
Its great for flexibilty and for a great work environment but expect to be worked as hard as you can
