Admin assisant I sit at reception, daily tasks- book meeting rooms, give out letters/send out going post, order stationary for the office, greet all vistors. resonsibillties- send out time sheets every 2 weeks as well as collect them all, make sure tea, coffee and sugar are always full.
Haven't been on any training courses at the moment, doing fuctional skills maths, english and ICT.
The work is really good as I get to interact with different types of people.
I get to help out in other parts of the project
We have a buliding inductions as well as a drugs and alchol test, still do maths, english fuctional skills.
Tutor helps me with all my work also if I dont feel comfortable with talking to my manager and certain problems i can go talk to him.
My mananger is very nice, whenever I need help with something she's always there to help me.
All my travel costs are given back to me through expenses
At the moment i haven't been to any company events.
