Duty manager/Supervisor full time, managing staff and controlling all aspects of the store, deputising for store and deputy manager.
Learned many new theories on management and developed many existing skills in and around work
I find learning new things very appealing and there are plenty of theories and activities relating to new aspects of the job to delve into
No complaints, the topics are relevant and not too long
Mixed, when we are quiet I can occasionally take some time back for learning but these periods tend to be few and far between with the demands of the business.
Always available to explain things when I need in a reasonable period of time
Very much so
Talent events, annual staff Christmas party
Yes
Plenty of development opportunities and challenging and varied day to day work to be recommended to those with a good work ethic
Be ready to work hard and consistently and you will succeed
