Learned how to manage a team effectively And how to have difficult conversations with employees
It’s a heavy work load alongside working full time, especially when at busy periods you can find your self working 45/50 hour weeks then having to do coursework on top of that but it’s worth it in the end
Very organised and structured but that had a lot to do with the trainer
It’s there you just need to ask for it
Loads of support, the trainer was always a call or a text away
Has helped me develop key skills that I can implement into the work place

If progression through a company is something your looking at doing then Iceland is really good and placing you on a good career ladder
Get stuck in from the off, show your dedication and comment to learn new skills and you can go far, quickly build relationships with your manger and area manager and don’t be afraid to tell them your end goal where you want to be
