  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • From the start of the programme a timetable was given out of how the year will be structured and a description of each job to give the apprentices an understanding of what is required and involved. • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Our company has got their apprentices involved in a handful of activities to help the apprentices get to know each other and gain trust and experience with one another. These sort of activities help us as apprentices work together more effectively after learning how everyone behaves and acts. As well as learning teamwork we also overcame activities which were over our comfort zones.
