  • I serve customers and make their food. I train other crew to do this. I work various stations and know every one. I handle customer complaints and work with colleagues to deliver good QSCV.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my programme because I get off the job training time 20% of my scheduled hours. This enables me to make time for my personal development and get my coursework done on time as well as doing e learning and makes a change from being on the shop floor.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I can structure and organise myself quite a lot of the time which is good because I am good at orgnising myself. I end up waiting for other people to verify my work or let me know what to do next in the business. I get support with my apprenticeship from my mentor and trainer

  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I woukd recommend working here to anybody because there are so many different jobs available that suit lots of differet skill sets eg. custmer care and maintenance. It offers opportunities for development and progress but supports you to just be good at your job if you prefer to just be a crew member

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to McDonald's?
  • Practise your interviews and know some stories from past experience to talk about in your interview. when you do the oje smile and keep asking questions seem very keen in the business and want to know more. Be as friendly to the staff as you are to the customers because they decide if you get hired or not
