Increasing my knowledge of E.ON’s market share in the global market. Also gaining an insight into the importance of functional areas working together and how imperative it is to become as efficient as possible which economically suitable to the consumer.
Gained a factual insight into the business, meeting the CEO and other members who have started from an apprentice and now have a vital role in the business. Found an interest in areas I thought I wouldn’t like.
Sustainability and energy are two factors I have a natural interest in, but expanding on my knowledge with the companies individual turn on becoming more environmentally conscious and how they aim to adapt to facing climate change.
Well organised. Had a time schedule for each day that was clear and colour co-ordinated.
Met a range of employees from all angles of the business in different stages of their and the companies life. This allowed me to appreciate how you can evolve internally and gather experience over many areas.
I know that I would like to pursue a degree apprenticeship with E.ON next year.
