My role consists in reporting to the Supervisor and the Floor Manager, the purpose of this role is to actively support the operations of the retail business by providing exceptional customer service on our busiest ground floor. I have to ensure that stock levels are maintained to a satisfactory level, and make sure all customer transactions are completed to the very best of my ability and knowledge.
I've developed more awareness about behaviours I normally carry by common sense.
I'm very satisfied. The more difficulty is struggling with time on disposal when not working but I keep my motivation very high.
I've no previous experience in that sense and coming from abroad I have no idea for comparing. Personally I think my programme is very well organised and structured, the way I like the things should be. I have a reference trainer who is excellent in her job.
If I need papers for preparing my assessments I can count on people around me (office staff, HR, floor managers and supervisor). Also from an "emotional" point of view I constantly receive support and praise.
My trainer is the best. I couldn't ask for better!
I would like to have more detailed information but I know what I'm studying is an intermediate level. After all I have no experience in retail. I'm learning something new and what I'm learning I can put in practice easily. And what I already know (common sense) I can see it with more awareness and completeness.
I'm very passionate about tea, so I like to discover everything related to this world so if there are any tea events in town tend to participate regularly.

It's a big company so it could be dispersive working here but at the same time it's something not that big that everything and everybody look familiar. I'm proud working for a company with such a high-sounding name.
Being passionate for what you are applying for. It's best for you but also for your future colleagues having someone stimulating to work with.
