I am a Sales Support Administrator. When a customer applies for vehicle finance they provide various documents as proof of their income etc. It is my job to check these documents e.g. calculate payslips to work out a customer's monthly wage. I also help prevent fraud.

I have lots of support form my team manager, my university mentor and my course lead. I enjoy being given responsibilities outside of the job role as opportunities for further development. My workplace care about my development and for this reason I enjoy my job.
In my first year the program was relatively fluid. However as I enter my third and final year the learning and support team has grown their staff, a new course leader has been elected, and regular support mechanism have been put in place. The program has massively improved.
The best thing about the program is the support. I have had many ups and downs throughout the program as you would expect, but I have an amazing relationship with my manager and the apprenticeship team.
I have the ability to personally email or call my university mentor at any time. My course lead has visited my organisation on multiple occasions. We are frequently given the opportunity to submit draft work for review.
Many of the business theories studied are comparable to the organisation. Additionally the soft skills developed whilst studying the degree can be transferable to the workplace.
Every 3 months each team is given a £25 allowance per head to go and do a team activity outside of work. This can be anything from a meal, to go-karting, to drinks in town (depending on the team's preference).
Yes
They are a very supportive, social and driven organisation.
