I currently work in our sales support team which involves calling car dealerships and customers to arrange car finance deals. There is plans for me to move around the business to do Personal Loan underwriting in the future.
Yes, i have learnt skills such as phone skills, business knowledge at university and look to gain even more skills when i move roles such as underwriting.
I enjoy both my role and my degree and feeling i am learning in both. I think there is a good balance between work and university.
I think my employer and the university are both learning as it seems new to them both. This has lead to some confusion in some areas which are been worked on to improve for future apprentices.
I receive enough support from my employer. They try to be very involved in our university and ensure we are making the expected progress.
There is support online when we are not at university and tutors can be emailed with any further questions.
I feel I am learning good business and management practices which can be applied to my role.
There is extra responsibilities to take on such as team training support. There is not much extra outside of the work.
Yes
They are very good employer who have been voted in the times top 100 companies to work for. They pay well, offer fair holidays and the environment is very good.
Just be yourself.
