Team leader, I lead a team of carers and protect my residents. Writing care plans and administering medication. I am classed as head of department and participate in weekly meetings. I develop my junior staff and work mostly with dementia care in the elderly.

Good management and plenty of learning experience. It’s my only job been there for 5 years aince 16 y/o and completed two nvqs, two promotions and learnt more than I would of imagined.
