My role as a junior administrator is to assist my colleagues with day to day tasks as well as follow my own process'. Dealing with compliance and data is a big part of my job role but i follow many other process' which can differ in priority, difficulty and importance.
I have learnt a vast amount of new skills whist training with GLP Training. I have also developed and strengthened my existing skills. Some examples of skills i have gained in doing my Business Administration with GLP Training include key communication skills, organisation skills and computer skills within a business.
I enjoy my programme to the highest extent. This is evident with my happiness to do the course and my enthusiasm with the course. My trainer and the contents of the course all help to bring enjoyment into my course. I look forward to seeing my trainer due to the enjoyment and knowledge our session brings me.
My programme is as organised and structured as can be. Ever since my enrolment with GLP Training there has been a clear and controlled path to EPA and to success. Me and my trainer track the progress i am making each session we have. The road to EPA is that bit easier due to the Organisation of GLP Training.
My employer is fully supportive of my standard. They understand perfectly the requirements it takes to do this course and the commitments i must take such as my 20% off the job to achieve the highest grade possible. They often push and challenge me to go the extra mile to achieve the highest grade possible.
The amount of support i get from my training provider when working towards my qualification is massive. They often go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and happy with the my course. I have no complaints at all regarding the support i receive from the training provider as my trainer is always an email away from helping me and supporting me.
On a day to day basis my apprenticeship helps me in all departments of my job role. The theory i have learnt through the qualification has been put into practice in almost all of my process'. The workbooks i have been working through provided by GLP Training allows me to know more about my job role and also the industry i work in.
This year there was a big company conference which allowed all of the company to be under one roof. It also provided information which was very knowledgeable and useful to know. We have have a Christmas party which includes a secret Santa. This is a good way to connect to colleagues and create a bond with them.
Yes
I would recommend this company to a friend just because of how useful these qualification are. The way they are delivered provides no problems and can engage learner's easily. The support they provide is excellent and provides for a enjoyable course lifespan. There is no doubt by the end of the course you will be happy you did it.
My first piece of advice would be to go into the application process with an open-mind. I would also tell them that the opportunities are endless within the company. The next piece of advice i would give would be to just enjoy the on boarding process and be yourself when applying.
