My role is working as an extra hand for the qualified people on site and learning from them but also from training courses.
Learned how to work around electricity, how to climb a pole and work as a linesman.
The people I work with make it an enjoyable place to be and the management is helpful and kind.
The programme is always planned a year ahead so we know where we will be and when.
If we ever need any help we will receive it.
We receive a lot of normal support and any additional if requested.
Majorly, without the qualifications I’m receiving I’d have no chance at the job.
A lot of the people you work with will plan most activities. But the company offer some schemes.
Yes
