Currently I am working within sales support and performance planning. My role is project based and has a huge variety of tasks. I chair performance meetings, complete commercial audits, manage additional projects such as the 'TPI Over ride' and look at margin leakage.
I have became so much more confident in myself, this is from interacting with all different and senior stakeholders. I have been pushed out of my comfort zone many of times but this has allowed me to develop new skills in programs such as excel and adopting challenger thinking.
I absolutely love my job and the apprenticeship is perfect for me. Having the study/work balance is great for me and the fact they work together is brilliant. The culture of E.ON is very supportive and flexible which is brilliant whilst i'm completing my degree.
the structure is fantastic. We had a great induction week where we met various stakeholders and learnt about E.ON. The support i receive is amazing i have my line manager, buddy, mentor and tutor. Once a week i have a day allocated to uni work which allows me to keep on top of this and ensure i achieve the best grade possible.
I recieve support from every aspect of the business! I have a close contact in HR, a buddy, a mentor and line manager. I also have a tutor from uni who is very supportive not only with uni work but anything i need. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone in the business.
I have a tutor from uni who helps with any issues regarding uni work or anything else. We have an online portal which is very good and also an IT service desk who can help with any technical problems. I enjoy the uni side and applying it to my day to day role.
All the theory I learn helps me in my day to day role as I'm using management and leadership daily. I feel my qualification pushes me to understand E.ON more therefore i feel more knowledgeable in my role.
Yes there are social events and classes which you can attend. E.ON conduct many charitable initiatives which you can get involved in. Outside work I go to the gym and enjoy socialising with my friends.
Yes
