Provide round-the-clock support for Bloomberg Terminal users all over the world and across multiple industries. We interact directly with these clients daily, via our 'Instant Bloomberg' chat system, answering their questions and conducting training. As a general spec I answered basic queries relating to the terminal, complete troubleshooting steps. I am currently training to be a foreign exchange specialist
Definitely! Not only do we learning skills from our data apprenticeship like the analytics life cycle but we also learn about the financial market in great depth from different perspectives. soft skills such as time management and presenting is something we do almost everyday so we get better and better throughout the day
It is a huge eye opener as to what happens in financial markets, interesting topics, interesting people and a lot of interesting conversations with clients.
it started off a bit bad but as we changed providers Bloomberg ensured that we picked up from where we left and gave us the support needed, white hat have definitely out performed themselves.
A LOT! from daily one to ones with my apprenticeship coach monitoring my progression to prioritizing the apprentices when handing out projects, ideas and opportunities
On Call! Stephanie Wright from Whitehat is even happy for us to contact her on the weekends, as soon as our off the job calculator is a bit low she is definitely on our back ! very good a motivating and supportive to disabilities.
