My role consists in providing support to our clients with our core product - the Bloomberg terminal.
I have learnt to multitask, to be patient with clients, to provide quick answers and think on my feet and out of the box to solve certain issues.
Sometimes my role can be stressful but challenging at the same time. I enjoy my role because it is providing me with invaluable experience and skills which can be used in other life situations too. Also I love my role as I get the satisfaction of helping others.
My programme is very well planned out. I get time out of my working day to focus on the studies for the apprenticeship itself which makes it less stressful and more enjoyable.
Bloomberg is very supportive, anyone and everyone is always ready to help where they can. Bloomberg has a great team work culture!
QA is quite supportive with the studies. I have a skill coach that I can reach out to everytime I have a question whethere this be regarding a task that I need to complete for the next module or about the end point assessment.
The qualification that I am doing is helpful as it defines and explains the duties that a business administrators need to carry out.
