    • My job-role involves ensuring that financial firms are able to communicate across a variety of financial/technological systems. I may be required to setup new trade feeds or monitor the status of communication channels.

    • I have obtained a completely new skill set and discovered a new passion for financial technology. My presentation skills have improved as a result of demos that i have had to give clients.

    • In my opinion the program is the best way to start off a career as you get the real-world experience of working within a large firm paired with the qualifications you are working towards.

    • The program has a structure that is outlined before you begin however it is quite flexible and can be changed depending on the apprentice and the deadlines they need to meet.

    • Bloomberg is extremely pro-active in terms of support and will ensure that you have the tools you need to succeed and complete the program.

    • When requesting support from my training provider they will eventually get back to me and offer to help in a way that they believe is best suited.

    • The qualification i am completing currently is very different from my actual job role.

    • Bloomberg holds many annual events as well as groups/societies you can join.
