We fix faults on the motorways, midas, over head signs and cameras
Yes learning everyday different fixes for different faults
Really enjoy the new challenges and different type of work we do on a day to day basis
The training is structured well but starting college is taking long as we was put on the wrong course to start with and still awaiting a new course
We received alot of support so far and my line manager went through the apprenticeship route so that helps as they have an understanding of what we need
We are awaiting to start the course but i am satisfied that when we do we will have adequate support
