I was an Administrator. I processed the company absences, process orders, answer reception, take payments over the phone and in person, take notes in meetings, deal with incoming and outgoing mail, book travel and accommodation, enter information onto systems and spread sheets.
Everything I leant was new. I also became first aid trained and fire marshal trained.
I enjoyed it a lot.
It was very well organised. I had a great manager/mentor and my college assessor was great.
My manager was great. She would explain everything thoroughly and would go over things again if needed.
My assessor was great and my college tutor was also really good. If I ever had a question I could email them and they'd always get back to me quickly.
It helped me a lot.
We have team breakfasts and meals out sometimes.
Yes
