Highways Maintenance repairs across the county, repairing the carriageway, footways and street furniture.
I was steadily promoted throughout my career, now acting as supervisor and have definitely improved my management skills
I loved my apprenticeship, learning and living in London on block release.

Difficult to cover the more specialist parts of the course, but changes and support was made available where possible.

A lot better, I learnt more professional skills and calculations that my colleagues hadn't learnt in their longer careers giving me a more technical edge.
