My role involves dealing with clients and customers on a daily basis, pricing and surveying jobs, creating method statements for works as well as health and safety paperwork to accompany them.
Working individually and working in a team have improved. My technical knowledge has also improved.
The programme has been quite easy to follow and the university sessions were fairly enjoyable.
The programme has been fairly straightforward, I had university sessions once every 2 weeks for 6 months, this led up to an exam. After the exam, the remainder of the course is purely assignment/coursework based.
I've been left to my own devices in terms of support for the course, however I have not really needed much support as of yet.
I have a 121 visit from my training provider every 4-6 weeks, during the visit we'll go over outstanding assignments and upload evidence to support parts of the qualifications.
It gives good guidance to relevant parts of my works, such as communication, planning and organising.
Not that I'm aware of.
