i deal with the stock that comes in, in recieving and send it out to the right collation lanes and picking areas.
i have learnt how to deal with the dealer codes and match up tags, i have gained confidence from the apprenticeship.
i enjoy the programme because of the people around me, my team etc. & the events what go on around vauxhall.
I feel well valued because i get invited to events and everyone is nice and caring.
It is well structured because everything goes to plan and is well organised.
They've told me what to do and if i struggle then i get the support i need.
